Rewilding Britain is championing rewilding as a solution to climate breakdown and the biodiversity crisis. This practical, hope-filled approach can give nature the space it needs for a healthier planet, thriving people, resilient communities and a sustainable future.

We welcome the valuable role that companies can play in helping rewilding flourish across Britain – especially a partner who shares the same values and vision as us.

Frequently asked questions

We understand that this can be difficult to know in advance. However, if you aren’t certain or need further advice you can contact us at [email protected]

Businesses support us in different ways, appropriate to their size and ESG goals. Some of the main ways include direct donations, 1% for the Planet commitment, sales fundraising, employee fundraising and Payroll Giving.

We value the additional benefit of partnership models beyond finance and are open to opportunities presented to us by forward-thinking businesses. By joining a rewilding movement you can take positive actions through employee fundraising, campaign actions and sharing the message about the hope that rewilding offers for both nature and people.

Flexible, unrestricted funding is the most valuable support you can give, allowing us to spend where the need is greatest and respond to opportunities. Read more about where your donation goes.

Rewilding Britain doesn’t facilitate a tree planting scheme. However, a donation to our work supports the regeneration of diverse habitats - including native forests and wildwoods, which is much more effective for carbon sequestration and natural flood management than tree planting.

Rewilding Britain doesn’t offer carbon offsetting or carbon credits. However, a donation to our work will support projects that lock up carbon through natural habitats,, restoring ecosystems and contributing to the large-scale change that is vital to decarbonising the UK.
